บทคัดย่อ (ภาษาไทย)

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในการผลิต สภาพแวดล้อมในการดำเนินธุรกิจและสภาพการแข่งขัน เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการผลิตจำแนก ตามปัจจัยคุณลักษณะขององค์กร การศึกษาปัจจัยการผลิตและปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการ ที่ส่งผลต่อ ความสามารถในการผลิต นำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการผลิตสำหรับการ แข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์กลุ่มวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิง ปริมาณ คือ สถานประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ 277 โรงงาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและ สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ เชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหารหรือตัวแทน สถานประกอบการ อุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ สถาบันไทย-เยอรมัน สมาคมอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ไทย สถาบันการศึกษา กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และสถาบันการเงิน จำนวน 17 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้บริหารหรือตัวแทน สถานประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ สถาบันไทย-เยอรมัน สมาคมอุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ไทย สถาบันการศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน จากนั้นนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์ SWOT และสังเคราะห์โดย TOWS Matrix ผลของการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาในการผลิต ไม่สามารถตอบสนองตามความต้องการ ของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ สภาพแวดล้อมในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ซื้อและผู้ขาย สภาพ การแข่งขันอยู่ในระดับสูงเฉพาะกลุ่มแม่พิมพ์ที่มีคุณสมบัติเกี่ยงตรงปานกลาง 2) ความสามารถในการ ผลิตจำแนกตามปัจจัยคุณลักษณะขององค์กร พบว่า รายด้าน มีความแตกต่างกัน 3) ปัจจัยการผลิต ด้านวิธีการผลิต วัตถุดิบ และเครื่องจักร ส่งผลต่อความสามารถในการผลิตโดยภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 59.6 (Adjusted R² = .596) 4) ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการควบคุม การวางแผน และการจัดองค์กร ส่งผล ต่อความสามารถในการผลิตโดยภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 73.60 (Adjusted R² = .736) 5) แนวทางการ จัดการเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการผลิตสำหรับการแข่งขัน คือ การจัดการเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการ ผลิตเป็นมาตรฐานสากล และด้านการพัฒนาความสามารถในการแข่งขัน

Abstract (English)

This mixed methods research aimed to study production problems, business environment and competitive conditions, to compare production capacity classified by organizational characteristics factors, to study production and management factors that affect production capability, and to present a management approach to develop production capability for the mold industry among small and medium-sized enterprises competitiveness in the country. The 277 mold and plastic industry factories used for samples in quantitative data and the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Qualitative research used In-depth interviews with the executives or representatives including of the mold industry establishments, Thai-German Institute, Thai Mold Industry Association, educational institution, Ministry of Industry, and financial institutions totaling 17 people, and a group discussion with executives/representatives of mold industry establishments, Thai-German Institute, Thai Mold Industry Association, educational institutions of 10 people, then all data were analyzed by SWOT analysis and synthesized by TOWS Matrix. The research results revealed that: 1) Problems in production is unable to meet the consumers needs with full efficiency business environment. It depends on the buyer and seller. The competitive conditions were high, only for molds with moderate precision. 2) Production capability classified by organizational characteristics factors found that each aspect was different. 3) Production factors, in terms of production methods, raw materials, and machinery affects the overall productivity by 59.6% (Adjusted R² = .596). 4) management factor, control, planning, and organization affects the overall productivity by 73.60 percent (Adjusted R² = .736). 5) Management guidelines for improving productivity for competition are: management to develop production processes to international standards, and the development of competitiveness.
