การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลและการพัฒนาศักยภาพการให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ของอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย และแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของการประกอบการธุรกิจการให้บริการด้านอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจการให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย จำนวน 392 คน ตัวแทนผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์สูงสุดของกลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการในแต่ละกลุ่ม จำนวน 5 คน การรวบรวมข้อมูลกระทำโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงอนุมานประกอบด้วย การเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกันรายคู่ตามกลุ่มผู้ให้บริการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นตามกลุ่มผู้ให้บริการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ กลุ่มที่ 1-กลุ่มที่ 5 แยกตามตัวแปรประสิทธิผลด้านโลจิสติกส์มีค่าต่างกัน ผู้ให้บริการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์กลุ่มที่ 1 การขนส่งสินค้า ให้ความสำคัญด้านประสิทธิผลการให้บริการ ความสะดวก ความประหยัด ความปลอดภัย และความรวดเร็ว มากกว่ากลุ่มอื่นๆ และ ค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นตามกลุ่มผู้ให้บริการธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ กลุ่มที่ 1-กลุ่มที่ 5 แยกตามตัวแปรการพัฒนาศักยภาพการให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ มีค่าไม่ต่างกัน จึงได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของการประกอบการธุรกิจการให้บริการด้านอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทยต้องได้รับการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนพัฒนาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การพัฒนาบุคคลากร เพื่อสร้างปัจจัยเอื้อต่อการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันจากภาครัฐบาล และผู้ประกอบการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ควรสร้างความร่วมมือกันระหว่างผู้ประกอบการโดยแบ่งปันงานตามความสามารถเพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการที่ดีจึงจะสามารถตอบสนองความพึงพอใจที่สูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้าได้ คือ ประสิทธิผลการให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่ดีประกอบด้วย ความสะดวก ความประหยัด ความปลอดภัย และความรวดเร็ว
The purposes of this research were to study logistics effectiveness of the service industry in Thailand, to study the development of the potential for the service of logistics industry in Thailand and to analyzed the guidelines for the development of the logistics enterprises potentiality for the logistics business services industry in Thailand. The sample used in this study were 392 logistics services providers in Thailand and 5 performer executive’s agency with the most ultimate experience. Questionnaires and depth interviews were used to collect data. The statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistic which consisting of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and inferential statistic, ANOVA (One way ANOVA) and Multiple Comparisons. The results revealed that provider for the logistics business group 1 which is the transport provider, emphasize on the logistics services effectiveness, convenient, economize, safety and rapidity more than the others group. The opinion of the logistics business services group 1 to group 5 on the capacity development of the logistic services had no significant difference. Therefore, the Guidelines of the development for the logistics enterprises potentiality in Thailand must included encouragement and supportive the development of the infrastructure, as well as Information Technology development and human resources development. These factors would contribute to the empowerment for the competition from the government and the operator of the logistics services by creating synergies between operators and ability to share based on the foster of the efficiency in providing services to meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The effectiveness of logistics services included a good convenient, economize, safety and rapidity.
