การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์แนวใหม่ในระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสํานักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกระบี่ โดย ดําเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาสภาพ และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้วิชา คณิตศาสตร์แนวใหม่ในระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน ใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็น ผู้อํานวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าครูและครูวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ 169 คน 2) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบรูปแบบ กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และ 3) ทดลองใช้กับ 1 โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 1 คน หัวหน้าครู 2 คน และครูวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ 2 คน และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ จาก 10 โรงเรียน รวม 40 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพทางการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์แนวใหม่ ในระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสํานักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยรวม และ รายด้านทุกด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลําดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการ จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้าน สื่อการเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านการจัดแหล่งเรียนรู้ 2) รูปแบบฯ ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์แนวใหม่ในระดับประถมศึกษาของ โรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสํานักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกระบี่ 2) กระบวนการการบริหาร POLC 3) ปัจจัยที่ ส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์แนวใหม่ในระดับประถมศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน3) ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ในการนํารูปแบบฯ ไปใช้ โดยภาพรวมพบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objective of this research was to develop a modern Mathematics learning management model for elementary educational level of private schools under a jurisdiction of Krabi Provincial Education Office. The research procedure was divided into 3 steps Step 1) to study the conditions and management approaches for a modern mathematics learning management for elementary educational level of private schools under a jurisdiction of Krabi Provincial Education Office; Step 2) to develop and validate the model by 5 specialists; and Step 3) to experiment with 1 school 1 director, 2 head teachers, and 2 mathematics teachers and evaluating feasibility and usefulness from 10 schools, a total of 40 people. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results revealed that 1) The states of mathematics learning management in elementary educational level of private schools under Krabi Provincial Education Office has been implemented at a high level in all 6 aspects, as follows learning activities, curriculum, learning atmosphere, assessment, learning media/information technology innovation, learning resources setting, respectively. 2) The model consists of 3 components new style mathematics learning management in private primary schools, POLC management process, and factors that promote new-style mathematics learning management. 3) The overall evaluation results of the feasibility and usefulness of the model implementation found at the highest level.
