การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ และ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินแนวทางการ บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ ประชากรแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม กลุ่มที่หนึ่ง ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 400 คน กลุ่มที่สอง กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จํานวน 5 คน และกลุ่มที่สาม กลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน จํานวน 10 คน โดยใช้ เครื่องมือวิจัย 3 แบบ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสํารวจ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การจัดกิจกรรม ด้านวิชาการและคุณธรรม ผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ภาวะผู้นํา การมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย การ บริหารความเป็นเลิศ และการจัดการหลักสูตร 2) แนวทางบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ส่วนนํา ประกอบด้วย หลักการ และวัตถุประสงค์ของแนวทาง ส่วนที่ 2 ส่วนเนื้อหา ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบแนวทางบริหารโรงเรียน เอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ ประกอบด้วย 7 แนวทาง 39 วิธีการ ส่วนที่ 3 เงื่อนไขความสําเร็จ และส่วนที่ 4 ผลลัพธ์จากการปฏิบัติตามของแนวทางบริหารโรงเรียน เอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สู่ความเป็นเลิศ และ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้แนวทางกับ การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด สรุปแนวทางนี้สามารถนําไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครสู่ความเป็นเลิศ
This research aimed to 1) analyze the components of private primary school administration in Bangkok towards excellence, 2) study the management guidelines of private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence, and 3) test and evaluate the management guidelines of private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence. The population was divided into 3 groups Group 1, 400 administrators of private primary schools in Bangkok, Group 2, 5 experts, and Group 3, 10 users. Three research instruments were used questionnaires, interviews, and assessments. Data were analyzed using factor analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the study found that 1) the components of the management of private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence consist of 7 components personnel development, academic and moral activities, learner-centeredness, leadership, network participation, excellence management and curriculum management. 2) The management guidelines of private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence are divided into 4 parts Part 1, Introduction, consisting of principles and objectives of the guideline; Part 2, Content, consisting of components of the management guidelines of private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence consists of 7 approaches and 39 methods; Part 3 Conditions for Success; and Part 4 consequences of Compliance with the Private Primary School Management Guidelines in Bangkok. 3) Results of the guidelines and evaluating their feasibility and usefulness, which are all at the highest level. In conclusion, these guidelines can be used as guidelines for managing private primary schools in Bangkok towards excellence.
