พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพภาวะผู้นำยุคใหม่ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน 2) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำ ยุคใหม่สำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยใช้ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี 375 คน 3) สร้างรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำยุคใหม่ สำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยวิเคราะห์ องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ 4) ยืนยันรูปแบบ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการสนทนากลุ่ม กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 7 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันภาวะผู้นำยุคใหม่ ประกอบด้วยประเด็นสำคัญ 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก 17 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ภาวะ ผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย และภาวะผู้นำ เชิงเทคโนโลยี มี 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย 2) ระดับภาวะผู้นำยุคใหม่สำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านเห็นด้วยในระดับมาก ที่สุด 3) รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำยุคใหม่ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 84 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำ แบบบูรณาการ มี 40 ตัวชี้วัด 7 คุณลักษณะ ภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยี มี 21 ตัวชี้วัด 4 คุณลักษณะ ภาวะผู้นำกลยุทธ์ทางการสื่อสาร มี 11 ตัวชี้วัด 3 คุณลักษณะ ภาวะผู้นำด้านกระบวนการ มี 9 ตัวชี้วัด 3 คุณลักษณะ และภาวะผู้นำด้านการวิจัย มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด 4) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน มีค่า Chi-square = 97.94, df = 99, p-value = .51110, RMSEA = 0.000 ค่า Chi-square สัมพัทธ์ (Chi-square/df) มีค่า = 97.94/99 = 0.989, RMR = 0.018, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.95 ซึ่งค่าสถิติที่ได้เป็น การยืนยันว่าข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบเชิงทฤษฎี เป็นการรับรองว่ารูปแบบมีความ ถูกต้อง เหมาะสม และเป็นไปได้ ในการนำไปใช้
This research aimed to develop new leadership model for school administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, using mixed method research by doing 4 steps 1) Studying the state of modern leadership by interviewing with 5 experts. 2) Studying a level of new leadership for administrators under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office by surveying the opinions of 375 school administrators, teachers and educational personnel, the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, using questionnaires. 3) Creating a new leadership model for the school administrators by exploratory factor analysis. 4) Confirmatory factor analysis and focus group by interviewing 7 experts. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results revealed that 1) The actual state of new leadership consists of 4 main components, 17 sub-components transformational leadership (4), visionary leadership (4), innovation leadership (3), and technology leadership (6). 2) Levels for new leadership model for the school administrators was at the highest level in every aspect. 3) A developed new leadership model for the school administrators consists of 5 components integrated leadership (40 indicators, 7 attributes), technology leadership (21 indicators, 4 attributes), communication strategy leadership (11 indicators, 3 attributes), process leadership (9 indicators, 3 attributes), and research leadership (3 indicators). 4) The confirmatory factors analysis indicated that the theoretical model was consent with empirical data with Chi-square = 97.94, df = 99, p-value = .51110, RMSEA = 0.000, Chi-square/df = 97.94/99 = 0.989, RMR = 0.018, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.95 which was constructed by researcher was structural validation with the empirical data.
