การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์แบบเชิงรุก (Active Learning) เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ชั้นอน ดังนี้ คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์แบบเชิงรุก เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน จำนวน 92 คน 2) ยกร่างรูปแบบฯ และตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบฯ โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน 3) ทดลองและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบฯ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นฝ่ายบริหารของโรงเรียนอนุบาลวัดพระพุทธบาท จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 6 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัย ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 2 ด้าน 2) รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมสมรรถนะครูปฐมวัยในการจัดประสบการณ์แบบเชิงรุก เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ (1) สมรรถนะครูปฐมวัย (2) กระบวนการบริหาร (3) ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ 3) ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำรูปแบบฯ ไปใช้ โดยสรุป พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์
This research aimed to develop a school administrative model to enhance the kindergarten teacher's competency by providing an active Learning experience for the Science processing skills development of Kindergarteners under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Saraburi by doing 3 steps: 1) Study the status on development that promotes the competency of early childhood teachers in organizing active learning experiences to develop early childhood children's science process skills, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Saraburi by using a questionnaire, with 92 early childhood teachers in the school. 2) Draft the model and check it by using in-depth interviews with 5 experts. 3) Experiment and evaluate feasibility and usefulness of the model from administrative department at Wat Phra Phutthabat Kindergarten, Saraburi Province. The research results found that: 1) the status on the development of early childhood teacher competencies in schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Area 1 Saraburi practices at a high level in both areas. 2) School administration model that promotes early childhood teachers' competency in organizing active experiences to develop science process skills of early childhood children, the Primary Educational Service Area Office Area 1 Saraburi consists of 3 components: (1) Competency of early childhood teachers in organizing experiences scientific process skills, (2) K-POLC management process, (3) scientific process skills of early childhood children. 3) The results of the evaluation of the feasibility and usefulness of the model were summarized as feasible and useful.
