วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษา ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) สร้างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบ 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ 4) นำรูปแบบการไปทดลองใช้วิธีการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1) นำร่างแบบสอบถามสภารายไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ตรวจสอบความตรงเนื้อหา ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องและนำแบบสอบถามไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน 2) นำร่าง รูปแบบไปให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน ตรวจสอบและประเมินความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้อง 3) นำรูปแบบ ไปให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนอาชีวศึกษา เป็นผู้ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็น ประโยชน์ 4) นำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูวิทยาลัยเทคนิคราชสิทธาราม จำนวน 41 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษามีการปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) รูปแบบการบริหารศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์ ร่วมกัน (2) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (3) การบริหารสถานศึกษาเชิงกลยุทธ์ (4) การทำงานเป็นทีม (5) การเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาองค์กรร่วมกัน (6) การใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ 3) ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of Excellent Center Management in 21st Century of Vocational Education in Bangkok; 2) to create a model and check the model; 3) to assess the feasibility and utility of the model; 4) to experiment the model. The research methods were as follows: 1) took the draft of questionnaire on state to verify the content validity and index of consistency by 5 experts, and took the questionnaire to try-out with 30 samples; 2) took the draft model to check and evaluate the accuracy and propriety by 5 experts; 3) took the model to assess the feasibility and utility by the administrators and vocational teachers; 4) conducted experiment based on the model with 41 administrators and teachers of Rajasitharam Technical College. The research results were as follows: 1) The state of Excellent Center Management in 21st Century of Vocational Education in Bangkok was at the highest level; 2) The model of Excellent Center Management in 21st Century of Vocational Education in Bangkok consists of 6 components; (1) shared vision, (2) the formative leadership, (3) strategic management, (4) team work, (5) learn and develop organization, (6) apply new technology. 3) The feasibility and utility of the model in overall was at the highest level. 4) The propriety and feasibility of the model in overall was at a high level.
