การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ **ขั้นตอนที่ 1** ศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและแนวทางในการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ขั้นตอน **ที่ 2 พัฒนาและตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบการบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ จากการสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การปฏิบัติงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ในด้านกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ การวางแผน และในด้านการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ที่อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ การคัดกรองนักเรียน 2. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ในด้านกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ การวางแผน และในด้านการดำเนินงานตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ที่มีปัญหาน้อยที่สุด คือ การคัดกรองนักเรียน 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 พบว่า ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop a model for administration of the student care and support system of secondary schools under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, conducted the research by studying quantitative data and qualitative data, divided into 3 steps: 1) Study the status, problems and guidelines for the implementation of the student care and support system. 2) Develop and examine the draft administration model, and 3) Experiment and evaluate the administration model. Qualitative data were collected by analyzing, synthesizing, and interviewing. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: 1\. The operation of the student care and support system of the secondary schools under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 in terms of the management of the system, which is at a high level, is planning. And in terms of the operation of the system which is at a high level, is screening students. 2\. Problems in the operation of the student care and support system in the secondary schools under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area 2 in terms of the management process, the least problem is planning. In terms of the operation of the system, the least problem is student screening. 3\. Evaluation results of the administration model of the student care and support system in secondary schools under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area 2 found that the feasibility and overall usefulness were at the highest level.
