การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความต้องการจำเป็น และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 1 2) สร้างรูปแบบฯ และตรวจสอบรูปแบบฯ และ 3) ทดลองและประเมินรูปแบบฯ โดยมีวิธีการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความต้องการจำเป็น และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษา เพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 1 ใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัย รองผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัย หัวหน้าฝ่ายงาน และหัวหน้าแผนก จำนวน 223 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบ และตรวจสอบฯ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ด้วย การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ และประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบฯ ด้วยแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัย จำนวน 30 คน สติติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน PNI และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบัน ของการบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ ในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 1 โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น โดยรวมมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.43 2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 1 มี 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การบริหารจัดการอาชีวศึกษาเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 1 มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ (2) ด้านพลวัตการเรียนรู้ (3) ด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเป็นทีม (4) ด้านการจัดการและการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ (5) ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและการสื่อสาร 2) กระบวนการการบริหารได้แก่ (1) การวางแผน (2) การจัดองค์การ 3) การนำปฏิบัติ และ (4) การควบคุม 3. ผลการประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำรูปแบบฯ ไปใช้ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the current conditions, needs and guidelines for the Vocational Education Institute: Southern Region 1, 2) create and examine the model, and 3) test and evaluate the model. There is a 3-step research method: Step 1: Find out current conditions, necessary needs, and guidelines for creating the vocational education administration to create learning society in new era for Vocational Education Institute: Southern Region 1 by using a questionnaire with 223 samples: the college director, deputy director, department head, and the division head. Step 2: Create model and check it by in-depth interview with 5 experts. Step3: Try-out and evaluate its usefulness by using a questionnaire with 30 directors and deputy directors. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI, and content analysis. The research results revealed that: 1. Current condition of the vocational education management to create learning society in new era in Vocational Institute, Education Southern Region 1 is generally practiced at a moderate level. As for the conditions that should be in place for overall in practice is at the highest level and the priority index value of overall needs is 0.43 2. The vocation education management model for modern learning society in Vocational Institute: Southern Region 1 has 2 components: 1) Vocational education management to create a modern learning society in the Institutes has 5 aspects: (1) Systematic thinking, (2) Learning dynamics, (3) Learning together as a team, (4) Knowledge management and transfer, (5) Using technology and communication. 2) Administrative processes: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Implementing, and 4) Control. 3. The result of the evaluation of the usefulness of using the model was found at a high level.
