การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทาง 2) เพื่อสร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์ 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทาง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 205 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (2) สร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และประเมินความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน (3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์ในด้านความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ โดยผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษาที่นำกลยุทธ์ไปทดลองใช้ จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และได้แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 จำนวน 8 ด้าน 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มี 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านสื่อนวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการวิจัยด้านบุคลากร และด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (2) กระบวนการกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม การกำหนดทิศทางขององค์กร การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ และการควบคุมและการประเมินกลยุทธ์ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were to 1) study conditions and guidelines 2) create and evaluate strategies 3) trial and evaluate academic affairs management strategies in Thailand 4.0 era of school administrators, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. This research was a mixed method research by doing 3 steps: (1) study the conditions and guidelines by collecting data from 205 school administrators and interview 9 experts to using semi-structured interview form by purposive selection (2) create and evaluate strategies interview 9 experts and evaluating the correctness and suitability by 5 experts (3) trial and evaluate strategies for feasibility and usefulness from 10 school administrators and teachers in trial school to use strategy. The tools used to collect data were questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation forms. The statistic were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation and used content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) The conditions of academic affairs management strategies in Thailand 4.0 era of administrators, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, in overall, was at the highest level and guidance for academic affairs management in Thailand 4.0 era 8 areas. 2) Academic affairs management strategies in Thailand 4.0 era of school administrators, Bangkok consisted of 2 components: (1) Academic affairs management strategies in Thailand 4.0 era have 8 aspects: School curriculum, Learning management, media, innovation, and educational technology, Measure and evaluate learning resources, research, personnel, and educational quality assurance. (2) The strategies processess of academic affairs management have 5 aspects: environmental analysis; Setting the direction of the organization, Strategy formulation Implementation, and strategy control and evaluation. 3) The results of the trial and evaluate of academic affairs management strategies in Thailand 4.0 era were feasibility and useful in overall at the highest level.
