วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและแนวทางการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 2) พัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผลงานวิธี โดยใช้วิธีเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 16 คน และครู 281 คน มีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม และผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมาก และได้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา 5 ด้าน 2) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา มี 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาสื่อและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา การพัฒนาสุขภาพจิต และการวัดและประเมินผล 2. กระบวนการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา มี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นการวางแผน 2) ขั้นการดำเนินการ 3) ขั้นการตรวจสอบ และประเมินผล 4) ขั้นการนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุง 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการถดถอยทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ในภาพรวม พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to 1) study the current conditions and the guidelines of students' learning loss management in schools, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Prathum Thani 2) develop and evaluate of students' learning loss management model in schools, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Prathum Thani 3) The trial and evaluate the possibility and utility of a model. This research was a mixed method research: quantitative and qualitative methods. The samples of this research were 16 school administrators and 281 teachers by stratified random sampling. The tool used for data collecting was a questionnaire. The chosen informants by purposive sampling were the experts have the experience in students' learning loss management by the tool used to collect data was the interview form. The statistics used for analysis data were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that 1) the current conditions of students' learning loss management in schools, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Prathum Thani was at the high level and guidance of students' learning loss management 5 aspects, 2) The students' learning loss management model in schools, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Prathum Thani consisted of 2 components: 1. The students' learning loss management in schools; have curriculum development, learning process development, developing media and use technology media educational innovation, mental health, and measurement and evaluation, 2. the process in the students' learning loss management in schools had 4 steps: plan, do, check and act. 3) The results of the trial and evaluation of the students' learning loss management model in schools, the Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 Prathum Thani found that the possibility and the utility were at the highest level.
