การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ที่สร้างความปลอดภัยให้กับพนักงาน และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย เพื่อศึกษาความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาความต้องการของรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ 2) สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานและผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 200 คน พนักงาน BSA จำนวน 100 คน และพนักงานผู้รับเหมา จำนวน 400 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 700 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ในภาพรวมปฏิบัติในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) สภาพการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัย (2) พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน 3) รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานในด้านความเหมาะสม (Propriety) ด้านความเป็นไปได้ (Feasibility) และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ (Utility) มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aims to study the current conditions of knowledge management approaches on safety in the workplace of employees, to develop a model of knowledge management that creates safety for the employees, and to evaluate the developed model. The research was conducted in 3 steps: 1) Studying the problems and needs of the knowledge management model; 2) Developing a knowledge management model and find out its appropriateness; 3) Evaluating the developed model. The samples consisted of 200 employees and related executives, 100 BSA employees, and 400 contractors, totaling 700 people, using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The statistics used were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The results of the research revealed as follows: 1) Overall, the current conditions of the knowledge management approach on safety in the workplace of employees was at a high level. 2) The model of safety knowledge management is composed of (1) The condition of safety knowledge management, and (2) The behavior of safety at work. 3) The results of the model assessment in terms of propriety, feasibility and utility were at the highest level.
