การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงผสานวิธี แบ่งเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 268 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร โรงเรียน และครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน โดยใช้ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ๋งโครงสร้าง และประเมินความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องของรูปแบบ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน โดยใช้แบบประเมิน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบและประเมินความเป็นไปได้และ ความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ โดยนำรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปทดลองใช้กับโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก ขนาดละ 1 โรงเรียน และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของ รูปแบบ โดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูของโรงเรียนที่นำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้ โดยใช้แบบประเมิน สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารงานวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 การบริหารงานวิชาการ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการ นิเทศการศึกษา ด้านสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพ การศึกษา และด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลการเรียน โดยขับเคลื่อนด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการ บริหาร 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การจัดองค์การ การนำ และการควบคุม โดยภาพรวมพบว่า มีความ ถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความ เป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop an academic administration model in the 21st century for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The research used an integrated research method composed of 3 steps: 1) To study the current academic administration of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration by using a questionnaire to collect data from 268 samples consisting of school administrators and the head teacher of Academic Affairs. 2) To create and evaluate academic administration model in the 21st century for the schools from the interviews with 9 experts using a semi-structured interview form and assess its suitability and correctness from 5 experts using the assessment form. 3) To experiment the developed model and assess its feasibility and usefulness. The trial was conducted with 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small schools, and assessed its feasibility and usefulness by school administrators and teachers who used the model, using the assessment form. The statistics used in the research were mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The results revealed that: 1) The current academic administration of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in all 5 areas as a whole was at the highest level. 2) The developed academic administration model in the 21st century for the schools consists of 2 main components: Component 1: The academic administration in 5 areas: Educational institution curriculum development; Educational supervision; Media, innovation and educational technology; Research to improve the quality of education; Learning assessment. Component 2: The four-stage management process: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The developed model had an accuracy and a suitability at the highest level. 3) Trial and evaluate its feasibility and usefulness in an overall found at the highest level.
