การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 มีการดำเนินการดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 63 คน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของรูปแบบ โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน และได้ทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 โดยทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 12 โรงเรียน เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ภาคเรียน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการประเมิน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 56 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 3 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านพฤทธิพิสัย 2) ด้านจิตพิสัย และ 3) ด้านทักษะพิสัย และ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 พบว่า จากการทดลองใช้รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผู้บริหารมีทักษะและพฤติกรรมการใช้งานตามรูปแบบได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงภาวะผู้นำในสังคมปัจจุบัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 2 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่าโดยภาพรวมมีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aims to develop the model of Changing Administration on Leadership in the Present Society, Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, by doing as follows: 1) To study the modern leadership conditions and guidelines of school administrators under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, using questionnaires with 63 school administrators. 2) To develop the model of Changing Administration on Leadership in the Present Society, and check the quality of the model using in-depth interviews, informants including 5 educational experts, and conduct content analysis. 3) To experiment and evaluate the model of Changing Administration on Leadership in the Present Society, by experimenting with 12 school administrators for one semester, and the samples in the assessment included 56 school administrators under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The results revealed that 1) Overall, the current state of Changing Administration on Leadership in the Present Society under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 is at a high level. 2) The developed model of Changing Administration on Leadership in the Present Society, under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 consists of three main elements: 1) Cognitive Domain, 2) Affective Domain, and 3) Psychomotor Domain. 3) The results of the trial and evaluation of the model showed that according to the trial of the developed model, the administrators have the highest level of skills and behaviors of their use, and the results of the assessment of the model found that overall the most likely and useful are at the highest level.
