การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบบูรณาการสำหรับโรงเรียนในโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชน เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ความต้องการและแนวทางการดำเนินงานการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบบูรณาการ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 6 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 12 คน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มายกร่าง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบบูรณาการ โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 12 คน และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบบูรณาการ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยใช้แบบประเมินกับผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จาก 29 โรงเรียน จำนวน 294 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบบูรณาการสำหรับโรงเรียนในโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชน เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร มีลักษณะเป็นการผสมผสานโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเด็กและเยาวชน เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ตามแผนพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนในถิ่นทุรกันดาร ฉบับที่ 5 พ.ศ. 2560-2569 เข้ากับกิจกรรมการบริหารงานวิชาการทั้ง 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2) การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) การนิเทศงานวิชาการภายในโรงเรียน 4) การวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียน 5) การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมเทคโนโลยี และแหล่งเรียนรู้ ผลการประเมินความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to develop an integrated academic administrative model for schools in the capacity building program of children and youth for good quality of life in Bangkok area by doing 3 steps: 1) To study the current condition, requirements, and operational guidelines for integrated academic administration for schools in the project by interviewing 6 school administrators and 12 teachers. 2) To create an integrated academic administrative model for schools in the project by focus group with 12 experts and check it's correctness and appropriateness by 5 experts. 3) To evaluate it's utility and feasibility by 294 school administrators and teachers from 29 schools. The data were analyzed by the percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The research results revealed that the integrated academic administrative model for schools in the capacity building program of children and youth for a good quality of life, it looks like a mix of children and youth empowerment projects for good quality of life according to the Child and Youth Development Plan in the Wilderness No. 5, 2017-2026, with activities in academic administration in 5 areas, consisting of 1) educational institution curriculum management, 2) learning management, 3) supervision of academic work within the school, 4) academic evaluation and assessment, 5) development of media, innovation, technology, and learning resources. The results of the evaluation of the model's efficiency revealed that the usefulness and feasibility of applying the model was at a high level.
