การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียน การสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (English Program) สังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน (สช.) เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยศึกษาวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและ เชิงคุณภาพ 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นในการ บริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็น ภาษาอังกฤษ 2) สร้างกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็น ประโยชน์ของกลยุทธ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าดัชนีลำดับความ ต้องการจำเป็น ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ (English Program) สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริม การศึกษาเอกชน (สช.) เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีสภาพปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีสภาพที่ พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เป็นด้านที่มีความต้องการ จำเป็นอยู่ในอันดับแรก กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตร กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ประกอบด้วยการบริหารงานวิชาการ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการ พัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 3) ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและ เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 4) ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการเรียนการเรียน และ 5) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา แต่ละด้านจะประกอบด้วยกลยุทธ์การบริหารงาน 5 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม 2) การจัดวางทิศทางขององค์การ 3) การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ 4) การ ปฏิบัติงานตามกลยุทธ์ และ 5) การควบคุมเชิงกลยุทธ์ ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็น ประโยชน์ในการนำกลยุทธ์ไปทดลองใช้ พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop strategies for school academic administration that provide learning and teaching in accordance with English Program under the Ministry of Education and the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC), Bangkok. This research was a mixed method included quantitative and qualitative by conducting 3 steps: 1) To study the current condition desirable conditions and necessities for school academic administration that provide learning and teaching in accordance with English Program. 2) To create a strategy for school academic administration that provide learning and teaching in accordance with English. 3) To experiment and evaluate the feasibility and usefulness of the developed strategies. Data were analysis by content analysis, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and ordinal demand index value. The research results reveal that the school academic administration provide learning and teaching in accordance with English Program under the Ministry of Education's curriculum and the Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC), Bangkok. is at a moderate level, and the desirable condition is at the highest level. A development of the learning process is the first priority. Strategies for school academic administration that provide learning and teaching in accordance with English Program, consist of 5 main strategies: 1) Development of educational institutions curriculum; 2) Developing the learning process; 3) Development of innovative media and educational technology; 4) Measurement, evaluation and transfer of learning outcomes; and 5) Research to improve educational quality. The results of the feasibility assessment and the usefulness of the strategy in the experiment showed that the feasibility and usefulness were at the highest level.
