การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางในการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 10 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 โดยศึกษาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิต้านการบริหารการศึกษา 15 คน ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบฯ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 โดยทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับวิทยาลัยเทคนิคปราจีนบุรี เป็นเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ โดยครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ 5 คน และครูผู้สอนในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 5 คน ประเมินความสามารถในการนำไปใช้ได้ของรูปแบบฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม องค์ประกอบที่ 2 คณะกรรมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและขอบข่ายงานการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 กระบวนการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ของสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคกลาง 3 โดยภาพรวมด้านความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด จากการทดลองใช้พบว่า ผู้ที่ทำการทดลองใช้สามารถปฏิบัติตามได้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed at developing the participatory management system of Dual Vocational Education of Institute of Vocational Education Central Region 3 by doing 3 steps: 1) studied the circumstances and the creative method of the participative management model of Dual Vocational Education using the related documents and researches, also 10 administrators were interviewed; 2) created the participatory management model of Dual Vocational Education by studying from 15 experts, assessing the suitability and feasibility of the model; and 3) attempted and evaluated the adaptability of the participatory management system of Dual Vocational Education at Prachinburi Technical College for 5 weeks by 5 trainers in the enterprise and 5 teachers in Prachinburi Technical College. The data were collected and analyzed using percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The result was found that the developed model of participative management of dual vocational education consists of 3 elements: 1) the principle of participative management; 2) the committees and the domain of participative management; 3) the process of participative management. The overview of the participative management model of Dual Vocational Education of Institute of Vocational Education Central Region 3 was proper and feasible at the highest level. Likewise, the participants who attempted, agreed that this model could be followed at the highest level.
