การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เครือข่าย ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ชั้นตอน ดังนี้ ชั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการ การเรียนรู้โดยใช้เครือข่าย โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวนทั้งหมด 9 คน ชั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบโดยยกธงและ ตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และชั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้ และประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาคุณภาพ การจัดการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยทดลองที่โรงเรียนวัดหนองจอก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการ พัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่สร้างขึ้นมี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ การจัดการเรียนรู้ เครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาที่ ยั่งยืน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นว่าในแต่ละประเด็นมีเนื้อหาที่มีความเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง ครอบคลุม ที่จะช่วยให้ครูพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ที่จะส่งผลไปยังนักเรียน ได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาได้อย่างเต็มตามศักยภาพและมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา และเมื่อนำไป ทดลองใช้ พบว่า ระดับความเป็นประโยชน์ และความเป็นไปได้ ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้เครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน สำหรับโรงเรียนสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to develop a learning management model using a corporate network for sustainable quality education development of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, by doing 3 steps: 1) studying status and guidelines on learning management model using a corporate network by analyzing related documents and in-depth interview with 9 school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2) Developing the model by in-depth interviews with 9 experts. And 3) Experiment and evaluation the model at Wat Nong Jok school. The results reveal that The Learning Management Model Using a Corporate Network for Sustainable Quality Education Development of School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration consists of 3 elements: 1) Learning management, 2) Corporate network, and 3) Sustainable educational quality development. Most experts have an opinion that each issue has appropriate, accurate, and comprehensive content. Also, these issues could support teachers to develop their learning management by using a corporate network and assist students to learn and develop to the full potential and quality according to educational standards. The overall results on the usage of the learning management model using a corporate network for Sustainable Quality Education Development of Schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in advantage and feasibility aspects were high.
