การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาเรียนร่วมหลักสูตรอาชีวศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ทวิศึกษา) ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 2) การสร้างกลยุทธ์และประเมินความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมกลยุทธ์การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาร่วมหลักสูตรอาชีวศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ทวิศึกษา) ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาภาคใต้ 3) ทดลองใช้และประเมินความเป็นไปได้ และความมีประโยชน์ การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา/รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานหลักสูตร หัวหน้างานวัดผลประเมินผล การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ เครดิต; และ มอร์แกน จำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเรียนร่วมหลักสูตรโดยรวมและรายด้านสภาพปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับมากและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สร้างและประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารการจัดการศึกษาเรียนร่วมหลักสูตรอาชีวศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษา มี 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 การบริหารจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรเรียนร่วมอาชีวศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ทวิศึกษา) มี 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์ประเภทวิชาและสาขางาน 2) การกำหนดหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 3) การจัดการเรียนการสอน 4) การวัดและประเมินผล 5) การโอนผลการเรียน 6) การสำเร็จการศึกษา 7) การประเมินมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 มี 4 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ 1) การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ 2) การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ 3) การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ 4) การควบคุมและการประเมินกลยุทธ์ และประเมินความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ของกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการศึกษา พบราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. การทดลองใช้และประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของกลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions 2) to creation and evaluate the validity and suitability of educational administration strategies 3) the experiment and evaluate of feasibility and usefulness of the educational administration strategies of Vocational and High school Co-curriculum Program (Dual Education) of administrators, the Southern Vocational Education. This research is the mixed method research. The sample was 200 the school administrators and the deputy, chief of the curriculum, chief of the assessment section and to determine the sample size using the finished the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The tools using for collecting data are semi-structured interview, and questionnaire. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, means, Standard Deviation and content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) the current conditions were at a high level and the desirable conditions were at the highest level; 2) the creation and evaluate the validity and suitability of educational administration strategies for Vocational and High School Co-curriculum Program (Dual Education) of administrators consisted of 2 main components: educational administration strategies: (1) analyzing the types of subject and works, (2) curriculum determination, (3) instruction management, (4) measurement and assessment, (5) grade transferring, (6) vocational standard assessment, (7) graduation, and 4 strategies: strategic planning, formulate a strategy, implementation, control and evaluation which the evaluate the validity and suitability in overall were at a high level, and 3) the experiment and evaluate of the feasibility and usefulness of the educational administration strategies in overall were at the highest level.
