วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสำนักศาสนศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 8 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสำนักศาสนศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 8 ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสำนักศาสนศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 8 และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบฯ ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูสอน รวม 274 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 27 คน เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1\. สำนักศาสนศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 8 มีการจัดการศึกษาตามงานหลักทั้ง 8 งาน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. รูปแบบการบริหารสำนักศาสนศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 8 ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 งานหลักในการจัดการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกบาลี ประกอบด้วย 8 งานย่อย องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหาร 4 ขั้นตอน 3\. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบฯ ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ พบว่า ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop and evaluate the administrative model of Phrapariyattidhamma office for Pali education in Sangha Administrative Region 8, by doing 3 steps, as follows: 1. Determining the state of Phrapariyattidhamma office for Pali Education in Sangha Administrative Region 8. 2. Developing the administrative model of Phrapariyattidhamma office for Pali education in Sangha Administrative Region 8. 3. Evaluating the model in terms of utility and feasibility. Samples were the heads of Phrapariyattidhamma office for Pali education and teachers. They were together 274 persons. These samples provided for quantitative data. Whereas, the qualitative data were provided by 27 Phrapariyattidhamma administrative experts. The quantitative data were analyzed by using computer program while the qualitative one was analyzed by using a content analysis technique. The research results indicated that: 1. The Office of Phrapariyattidhamma schools of Pali Education in Sangha Administrative Region 8 practiced with the major task of Pali Education as a whole at high level. 2. The Administrative model of Phrapariyattidhamma office for Pali education in Sangha Administrative Region 8 consists of 2 components: Component 1 is a group of major tasks for Phrapariyattidhamma in Pali Education which consisted of 8 sub-tasks; and Component 2 is an administrative process consists of 4 steps. 3. The model evaluation results in terms of utility and feasibility were both at the highest level.
