การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพในสถานศึกษา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม ทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพในสถานศึกษา โดยใช้การสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างาน และครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 177 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพในสถานศึกษา โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองและประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ในสถานศึกษา กับโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพทีมงานในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ในภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติกันในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการพัฒนาทีมงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพในสถานศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบ 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวางแผน การร่วมมือ การประสานงาน การติดต่อสื่อสาร บรรยากาศที่ดี การประเมินผล และการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า ภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีค่าเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจาก การศึกษาสภาพทีมงานในสถานศึกษาเท่ากับ 0.10 ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่ารูปแบบมีความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ อยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to develop an efficient team development model in the educational institutions, using a mixed research method by quality and quantity research by doing 3 steps: Step 1: To study of efficient team conditions in educational institutions by using questionnaires. There were 177 samples consisted of administrators, supervisors, and teachers in schools. Step 2: To develop an efficient team development model in the school by using the interview. The samples were 9 experts. Step 3: To experiment and to evaluate the developed efficient team development model in 2 schools of basic education institutions under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by using the assessment form. The statistics used were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis in qualitative research. The research results reveal as follows: 1. The status of team building in basic education institutions under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in an overall is at a "high" level. 2. The results of the development of an efficient team development model in educational institutions consist of 7 parts. There were planning, cooperation, coordination, communication, a good atmosphere, evaluation, and improvement. 3. The overall results of the trial was at the most level with increase of 0.10. The results of the assessment of the usefulness and possibility of the efficient team development model are at the "high" level.
