การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ชั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 120 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 12 คน ชั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ กับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 12 คน และชั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบด้านความเป็นไปได้และเป็นประโยชน์กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 24 คน แล้วทดลองใช้รูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหากับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบ 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การกิจหลักในการบริหารงานวิชาการ มี 8 งาน 2) กระบวนการบริหาร มี 4 ขั้นตอน และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการ มี 4 ปัจจัย 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่สอนสามภาษา ระดับปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ในภาพรวมมีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 4. ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความสนใจ สนุกกับการเรียนรู้ และมีการพัฒนาการทางกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และสติปัญญา โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างไปจาก 4.00 (ร้อยละ 80) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to develop a model of an academic administration of private trilingual Kindergarten school under a jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education Commission by doing 3 steps: Firstly, to study the state of an academic administration of Private Trilingual Kindergarten schools under a jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education Commission by using a questionnaire with 120 samples and interviewed 12 experts; Secondly, to develop a model of an academic administration of the schools and validate in terms of propriety and suitability; and Thirdly, to evaluate the developed model in terms of feasibility and utility with 24 samples. Then experiment the developed model. Research instruments included a questionnaire, an evaluation form, semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed by a computer program, whereas a content analysis technique was used for the qualitative data. Statistics used were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research results were as followings: 1\. The state of an academic administration of private Trilingual Kindergarten schools were practiced at a high level. 2\. The model of an academic administration of private trilingual Kindergarten schools under a jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education Commission consists of 3 components: 1\) Tasks of an academic administration with 8 sub-tasks; 2\) an administrative process with 4 stages; and 3\) an academic administrative enhancement with 4 factors. 3\. The model evaluation in terms of feasibility and utility were both at the highest level. 4\. The experimental model result was found that the learners were most interested in learning and have fun. They were also developed in physical, emotional, social and intelligence as a whole was significant different from 4.00 (80%) at .05 level.
