การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบสำหรับผู้บริหารต่อการพัฒนากิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนแรก เป็นการศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการดำเนินการด้านกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้างานกิจกรรมตัวแทนนักเรียน ตัวแทนชุมชน จำนวน 136 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบสำหรับผู้บริหารต่อการพัฒนา กิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียน โดยตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย ผู้บริหารของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน รวม 7 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบสำหรับผู้บริหารต่อการพัฒนากิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียนไปใช้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ หัวหน้างานกิจกรรม จำนวน 30 คน ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน จำนวน 274 คน และนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียน จำนวน 40 คน ผลการวิจัยพบดังนี้ 1) สภาพและแนวทางการดำเนินการด้านกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม เท่ากับ 3.73 อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบสำหรับผู้บริหารต่อการพัฒนากิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมลักษณะนิสัยด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียน ประกอบไปด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ (1) นโยบายการบริหารกิจกรรมจิตอาสา (2) วัตถุประสงค์การบริหารกิจกรรมจิตอาสา (3) ลักษณะกิจกรรมจิตอาสา และ (4) หลักการจัดการเรียนรู้กิจกรรมจิตอาสา 3) การประเมินรูปแบบฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop the model for administrators on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students. This research is a Mixed Methods Research by doing 3 steps: The first step was studying condition and guidelines for operating activities enhancing volunteer psychological characteristics of students. The sample group consisted of 136 samples including directors, vice-directors, Heads of Student Development Activities, representatives of students and communities. The second step was creating a model for administrators on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students and the model was inspected by 3 groups of specialists, including 7 university instructors, administrators of Office of the Vocational Education Commission, and specialists on student development activities. The third step was assessing an appropriateness and a possibility of utilization of the developed model. Questionnaires were distributed to the sample group consisted of 30 samples including directors, deputy directors, and Heads of Student Development Activities. Opinion from 274 parents and students were obtained and questionnaires were tested with the sample group consisted of 40 students. The results revealed that: 1) Overall mean of condition and guidelines for operating activities enhancing volunteer psychological characteristics of students was 3.73 that was at a high level. 2) The developed model for administrators on development of activities that enhance the volunteer psychological characteristics of students consists of 4 dimensions including: (1) Policy on Volunteer Mind Activity Management; (2) Objectives of Volunteer Mind Activity Management; (3) Characteristics of Volunteer Mind Activities; and (4) Principles of Volunteer Mind Activity Learning Management. 3) The model assessment revealed that it has an appropriateness and a possibility at the highest level.
