การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำกลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมครูในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดชุมพร และประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำกลยุทธ์ไปใช้ โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาเอกสารแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการสอนภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยในการ จัดประสบการณ์ภาษาอังกฤษที่เหมาะสม 2) สำรวจสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับ ผู้เรียนระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดชุมพร 3) สร้างกลยุทธ์และประเมินความเหมาะสมและ ความเป็นไปได้ 4) ทดลองใช้กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมครูในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ผลวิจัยพบว่า กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมครูในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับ ผู้เรียนระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชน มี 3 กลยุทธ์ คือ กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 พัฒนาความสามารถของครูในการ กำหนดเป้าหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษของผู้ระดับเรียนปฐมวัย ที่สอดคล้องกับความมุ่งหมาย ของหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 พัฒนาครูอย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 ส่งเสริมการมี ส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการกำหนดเป้าหมายและการประเมินครูในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับผู้เรียนระดับปฐมวัย ผลการทดลองใช้กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมครูในการจัดประสบการณ์ การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษของผู้เรียนระดับปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัด ชุมพร พบว่า ผลการทดลองใช้กลยุทธ์หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ทุกข้อ ยกเว้นเรื่องการเตรียมการก่อนทำการสอนแต่ละสัปดาห์ของครูที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to establish strategy for enhancing private school teachers in organizing learning experiences to develop English language ability of pre-school students in Chumphon province. There are four steps of this research: 1) to study English language learning experience strategies by studying concept, theories, documents and related research, also interviewing the pre-school teaching experts concerning English language learning experience suitable for pre-school students; 2) to study situation of English language learning experience management for pre-school learners of private schools in Chumphon province; 3) to draft a strategy for enhancing private school teacher in using learning experience to develop English language ability for preschooling in Chumphon province; and 4) to experiment the developed strategy. The results found that: The enhancement strategy management for private school teacher in using learning experience to develop English language ability of preschooling consists of 3 strategies: Strategy 1 - Developing teachers' ability to set goal for English language development in preschooling; Strategy 2 - Developing teachers systematically and continuously; Strategy 3 - Enhancing parents' participation in setting goals and evaluating teachers in English learning experiences setting of preschooling. After experimenting, the teachers could performed better than before experiment statistically significance at .05 level, except the preparation on pre-teaching was not significant different.
