การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดบริการแนะแนวเชิงรุก สำหรับสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบ ระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของการพัฒนารูปแบบ ระยะที่ 4 ทดลองและประเมินรูปแบบการจัดบริการแนะแนวเชิงรุก โดยดำเนินการวิจัย ดังนี้ ศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎี จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ โรงเรียนเอกชนในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก จังหวัดชลบุรี แบ่งเป็นโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 3 โรงเรียน ขนาดกลาง 2 โรงเรียน และขนาดใหญ่ 2 โรงเรียน รวม 7 โรงเรียน และได้ใช้แบบสอบถามประเมินและดำเนินการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลแล้วให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลโดยการใช้สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบดังนี้ 1) สภาพการจัดบริการแนะแนวเชิงรุกสำหรับสถานศึกษาเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษา 5 ด้าน คือ งานด้านบริการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลรายบุคคล งานด้านบริการสนเทศ งานด้านบริการให้คำปรึกษา งานด้านบริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล และงานด้านบริการติดตามผล พบว่า ด้านที่ยังมีปัญหาอยู่ 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริการให้คำปรึกษาและด้านบริการติดตามผล ซึ่งมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดบริการแนะแนวเชิงรุกได้ดำเนินการใน 3 กิจกรรม คือ สร้างคู่มือ การแนะแนวเชิงรุก การให้คำปรึกษาของครูแนะแนว การติดตามผลและสะท้อนผลสู่ครู นักเรียน ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มไลน์แล้วประเมินผล และ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดบริการแนะแนวเชิงรุกสำหรับสถานศึกษาเอกชนที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This developmental research aimed to develop a proactive guidance service management model for private secondary schools in the Eastern Economic Corridor in Chonburi province by doing 4 stages: 1) Studying concepts and theories concerning guidance service management from documents and related researches and using survey method for current status with a sample group of 7 schools: 3 small-sized schools, 2 medium-sized schools, and 2 large-sized schools by using a questionnaire. 2) Developing a proactive guidance service management model for the schools. 3) Checking for the model's suitability and possibility, and 4) Experimenting and evaluating the developed model. The data were analyzed and synthesized, also made a conclusion for 5 experts to check it's accuracy by in-depth interview and using content analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) The current status on the guidance service management of the private schools in 5 services: an inventory service, an information service, a counseling service, a placement service, and a follow-up service found that 2 services: the counseling service and the follow-up service still practice at the least level. 2) The developed model has been done by 3 activities: developing a manual for the guidance service management, consulting practice guidance of a guidance teacher, and follow-up and reflection to teachers and students by discussion using LINE application. 3) The developed model was evaluated in terms of suitability and possibility at the highest level.
