การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสารและศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากรทางการศึกษา วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 39 วิทยาลัยรวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 357 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบขึ้นภูมิ และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 9 คน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียนนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มายกร่าง และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม ความถูกต้อง ครอบคลุม โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) ทดลองและประเมินรูปแบบฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยทดลองใช้กับสถานศึกษา 2 แห่ง และประเมินเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ด้วยแบบตรวจสอบรายการ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารจัดการการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. รูปแบบการบริหารการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสามี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสา มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ คุณธรรมจิตอาสาด้านการรับรู้คุณธรรมจิตอาสาด้านเจตคติ และคุณธรรมจิตอาสาด้านพฤติกรรม 2) กระบวนการบริหารตามวงจรคุณภาพเดมมิง PDCA มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การวางแผน การลงมือปฏิบัติ การตรวจสอบ และการปรับปรุงแก้ไข และ 3) ปัจจัยส่งเสริมการสร้างคุณธรรมด้านจิตอาสาของนักเรียนนักศึกษา มี 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การกำหนดนโยบาย การมีผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง การสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วม และการติดตามและประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีประโยชน์และมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed: step 1 study of the conditions of the administration of spirit moral promotion volunteer in vocational schools under the Office of Vocational Education Commission with study documents, conditions and needs by using the questionnaire for 357 administrators, teachers, educational personnel in 39 vocational colleges under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, by stratified random sampling and in-depth interviews of 9 school administrators, step 2 develop the model by using the data to be drafted and check the suitability, accuracy, comprehensive and in-depth interview with 9 experts, step 3 try out and evaluate model developed with 2 schools and evaluation to check the usefulness and possibility of using the model by checklist. The research results found that: 1. management conditions on moral enhancement concerning volunteer spirit of vocational college students in overall and each aspects were at a high level. 2. A management model on moral enhancement concerning volunteer spirit has 3 main components as follows: 1) moral enhancement concerning volunteer spirit has 3 sub-components: moral volunteeerism in awareness, moral voluneerism in attitude and moral voluneerism in behavior, 2) the PDCA Deming Quality Cycle Management process consists of 4 sub-components: plan, do, check, and act. 3) factors of moral enhancement concerning volunteer spirit of students have 5 sub-componentes: policy formulations, exemplary leadership, building knowledge and understanding, encourage participation, continuous monitoring and evaluation from the results of the try out and evaluation of the developed model found that it has the useful and possibilities were at a highest.
