การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม ตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาเอกสาร และสัมภาษณ์ ประชาชนทั่วไปเพื่อให้ได้คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธร ภาค 9 ในบริบทสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และนำข้อมูลมาสรุป สังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของ นักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจที่เป็นที่ต้องการของประชาชนทั่วไปมากที่สุด ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างแบบสอบถาม คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียน นายสิบตำรวจที่เป็นที่ต้องการของประชาชนทั่วไป ตรวจสอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมิน ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธร ภาค 9 ในบริบทสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และ นักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 จำนวน 295 นาย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม ตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 ในบริบทสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรม ตำรวจภูธรภาค 9 ในบริบทสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านทักษะในการพูดและการ สื่อสาร ด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ตนเอง ด้านการตรัทธาต่ออาชีพตำรวจ และด้านความมีวินัยและความ รับผิดชอบ มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้งานจริง และผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ โดยการฝึกอบรม พบว่า รูปแบบดังกล่าวสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการพูดและการสื่อสารและความตรัทธา ต่ออาชีพตำรวจของนักเรียนนายสิบตำรวจได้ในระดับดีมาก
This research aimed to develop a leadership development model of the police cadet students in the context of three Southern Border Provinces, the Provincial Police Training Center Region 9, by doing 3 steps: Step 1, To study documents and interview the general public in order to obtain the leadership characteristics of police cadet students at the Provincial Police Training Center Region 9 in the context of Three Southern Border Provinces, and summarize the information also synthesize the leadership characteristics of the police cadet students that are most in need of the general public. Step 2, To create a questionnaire for leadership characteristics of the police cadet students, analyze the leadership characteristics of the police officers that are needed by the general public. And then inspected by 5 experts. Step 3, To assess a suitability of the leadership development model of the police cadet student, the Provincial Police Training Center Region 9 in the context of Three Southern Border Provinces by 9 stakeholders who are experts and 295 police cadet students at Region 9 Police Training Center, using an evaluation form. The results of the research showed that the leadership development model of police cadet students, Provincial Police Training Center Region 9 in the context of Three Southern Border Provinces in all 4 aspects: speaking and communication aspect, self-emotional control aspect, believing in the police career aspect, and discipline and responsibility aspect are suitable and have a possibility to use in real work. Also, the experimental results using the model of training found that such a program could improve the police cadet students' speaking and communication skills, also have very good faith in the police profession.
