การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์โลก 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์โลก 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ วิธี การศึกษาได้จากการสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักและองค์ประกอบย่อยของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์โลกโดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหาร ครูและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตมัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 240 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และประเมินความเหมาะสม และเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ โลกผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. องค์ประกอบหลักสำหรับการบริหารเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก ในภาพรวมการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน มีการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณา รายด้าน พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศ ส่วนทั้งด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านการวางแผน พัฒนาโรงเรียน และด้านการมุ่งเน้นนักเรียน ผู้ปกครองและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง มีค่าใกล้เคียงกัน 2\. รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์โลก ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก ดังนี้ 1) ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2) ด้านการวางแผน พัฒนาโรงเรียน 3) ด้านการมุ่งเน้นนักเรียน ผู้ปกครองและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 4) ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศ 5) ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล 6) ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ 7) ด้านจัดการกระบวนการสนับสนุน 3\. ทุกองค์ประกอบหลัก องค์ประกอบย่อย และแนวปฏิบัติของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์โลก ในด้านความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นด้วยร้อยละ 100 ทั้ง 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก องค์ประกอบย่อยและแนวปฏิบัติ
The purposes of this study were 1) to synthesize the elements of administration model for the excellence of secondary school in the world situation, 2) to develop administration model for the excellence of secondary school in the world situation, and 3) to evaluate propriety and possibility of administration model. The study was conducted 1) synthesizing the elements of administration model for the excellence of secondary school in the world situation by interviewing 9 experts and asking 240 school administrators, head of academic affairs, and school board of schools under the secondary educational service Area office to complete questionnaires. 2) the statistics of analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. And 3) evaluate propriety and possibility of administration model implementation. The research results of fewolls: forms. 1\. There are 5 the elements of administration model for the excellence of secondary schools world situation. Schools' educational management and administration in overall implemented was at a high level. When considering each element, the implementation was at a high level in every element, as follows: 1) personnel management, 2) information management, 3) School administrators leadership, 4) school development planning students, parents, and related people focusing. 2\. A model of secondary school administration for the excellence in the world situationcoused of 7 elements: 1) school administrators leadership, 2) school development planning, 3) students, parents, and related people focusing, 4) information management, 5) personnel management, 6) academic affairs management, and 7) supporting process management. 3\. The every main elyments, sub-elyments, and Implementation quidance of model of secondary schools in the world situation idministrators for the excellence were propriety and possibility to implement ation at 100 perentage from experts.
