การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์กรอบการพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการแข่งขันในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) สร้างตัวบ่งชี้การพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการแข่งขัน ในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 3) หาความเหมาะสมของตัวบ่งชี้การพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการแข่งขันในศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีอัตราการแข่งขันสูงในปีการศึกษา 2560 จานวน 165 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) และแบบสอบถามประเด็นตัวบ่งชี้การพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการแข่งขันในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ (Factor Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้การพัฒนาผู้เรียนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการแข่งขันในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก 18 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 63 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเหมาะสมของข้อมูลที่วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.70 ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.73 เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละองค์ประกอบ พบว่า องค์ประกอบที่ 1 คุณสมบัติของนักเรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย รวม 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.67 องค์ประกอบที่ 2 การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย รวม 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.74 องค์ประกอบที่ 3 การทางานเป็นทีม มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย รวม 10 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.76 องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ภาวะผู้นา มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อยรวม 10 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.75 องค์ประกอบที่ 5 คุณธรรมจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบ มี 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย รวม 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.71 องค์ประกอบที่ 6 ทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ มี 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย รวม 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ ค่าน้าหนักองค์ประกอบโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.72 ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมทุกองค์ประกอบย่อย อยู่ในระดับมาก
This reseach aimed to 1) synthesize the student development framework for competitive strength in the 21st century; 2) create indicator of student development for competitive strength in the 21st century; and 3) investigate a suitability of applying the learner development indicator for strength competition in the 21st century. Samples used in the study were 165 school administrators with competitive rates in the academic year 2017 selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument for gathering data consisted of a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire concerning on student development indicators for competitive strength in the 21st century with a reliability of 0.971. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Sandard Deviation and factor analysis. The research results revealed that the student development indicators for competitive strength in the 21st century comprise 6 main components, 18 sub-components and 63 indicators. The coefficient of appropriateness of the factor was 0.70, the total composition weight was 0.73. Considering each component, it was found that Component 1 Student properties in the 21st century had 2 sub-components, 12 indictors, the total component weight was 0.67; Component 2 Using Information and communication technology had 2 sub-components, 11 indicators, the total component weight is 0.74; Component 3 Teamwork had 3 sub-components, 10 indicators, the total composition weight was 0.76; Component 4 Leadership had 3 sub-components, 10 indicators, the total component weight was 0.75; Component 5 Morality, ethics and responsibility had 3 sub-components, 10 indicators, the total component weight was 0.71; and Component 6 Life skills and occupation had 5 sub-components, 11 indicators, the total component weight was 0.72.
