การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดาเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร และศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้อานวยการสถานศึกษา จานวน 9 คน นาข้อมูลที่ได้มายกร่าง และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสม ความถูกต้อง ครอบคลุม โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จานวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ทดลองใช้และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยทดลองใช้กับสถานศึกษา 2 แห่ง และประเมินเพื่อตรวจสอบความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้ในการทารูปแบบไปใช้ด้วยแบบตรวจสอบรายการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา มี 2 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านการศึกษา 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ มี 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนและเป็นสาคัญ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการ การใช้เทคนิควิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย การใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในสถานศึกษา มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ สมรรถนะของครูผู้สอนด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยี และสมรรถนะของบุคลากรที่สนับสนุน จากผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเป็นประโยชน์และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to develop the learning management model through information technology for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, by conducting 2-step research Step 1 studying the condition and needs on the management of learning by using information technology of schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration from documents and in-depth interviews with 9 school directors, the draft data, check the suitability and accuracy by in-depth interview with 9 experts. Step 2 trial and evaluation for an efficiency of the learning management model using information technology of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The experimenting with 2 schools and evaluating to verify the benefits and possibilities of using the model with the checklist form. The research revealed that the learning management model through information technology for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration consists of 3 main components, which are 1) Information technology in schools with 2 sub-components information technology infrastructure and application of information technology in education. 2) Learning management has 5 sub-components learning and teaching activities focusing on learners; organizing integrated teaching and learning activities; using a variety of teaching methods; using media and learning resources; and assessment. 3) Factors affecting the use of information technology in schools with 4 sub-components the competencies of teachers in learning management through information technology; support from school administrators in learning management; technology availability; and competency of supporting personnel. From the results of the trial and evaluation of the developed model, it is found that the benefits and possibilities are at a high level.
