การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานทั้งเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ มีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 จำนวน 30 โรงเรียน ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และตัวแทนนักเรียน รวม 390 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 คน 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบ โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างรูปแบบ และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยผู้ใช้รูปแบบ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และนักเรียน จำนวน 390 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.08, S.D. = 0.63) 2. รูปแบบการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 มี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักธรรมาภิบาล องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารคุณภาพของหลักธรรมาภิบาล และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 วัฒนธรรมองค์กรธรรมาภิบาลและบทบาททางการบริหาร 3. รูปแบบการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมาก
The aims of this research were to 1) study state of management towards the good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32, 2) develop a model of management towards the good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32, and 3) evaluate suitability and feasibility of the developed model. There are quantitative and qualitative approach for this research that consisted of 3 steps 1) Studying state of management towards the good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 by using a questionnaire to collect data from 390 school administrators and related persons in 30 schools and interviews 9 experts. 2) Developing a model towards the good governance using the data obtained from the first step for drafting a pattern, and evaluation suitability by 5 experts. 3) Evaluating a suitability and feasibility of the developed model by 390 school administrators and related persons. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The research results revealed that 1. The state of good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 was at a high level. 2. A model of management towards the good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 has 3 main components 1) good governance, 2) quality management process of good governance, and 3) the culture of good governance and roles in administration. 3. The model of management towards the good governance of secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 32 has suitability and feasibility at a high level.
