การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและแบบสอบถามผู้บริหารในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 3) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน โดยการทดลองใช้รูปแบบและประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา มีระบบหลัก 5 ระบบ ได้แก่ 1) ระบบการเตรียมความพร้อม มีกิจกรรมย่อย 8 กิจกรรม 2) ระบบการวางแผน มีกิจกรรมย่อย 11 กิจกรรม 3) ระบบการดำเนินการ มีกิจกรรมย่อย 5 กิจกรรม 4) ระบบการประเมินผล มีกิจกรรมย่อย 3 กิจกรรม และ 5) ระบบการปรับปรุงแก้ไข มีกิจกรรมย่อย 3 กิจกรรม จากการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา พบว่า มีผลงานวิจัยฉบับสมบูรณ์ทุกคน คุณภาพงานวิจัยมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และความพึงพอใจของครูและผู้บริหารที่เข้าร่วมโครงการมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to develop an action research administration model for primary school under the Office of Basic Education, by doing 3 stages 1) studying the current state of the model through document analysis and questionnaire, 2) developing a model, and 3) find out the model effectiveness through experimentation and satisfaction evaluation. The data were analyzed by using percentage, frequency, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results reveal that the action research administration model comprises 5 main systems 1) a preparation has 8 sub-activities, 2) planning has 11 sub-activities, 3) an operation has 5 sub-activities, 4) an evaluation has 3 sub-activities, and an improvement has 3 sub-activities. From the experimentation of the developed model indicated that all respondents have done the research at a good quality level, also their satisfaction at the highest level.
