การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ใช้วิธีการศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่มหลัก คือ กลุ่มผู้กำหนดนโยบาย กลุ่มผู้ควบคุมระบบ และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ระบบของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง โดยใช้เทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) ด้วยหัวข้อคำถามแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ใน 4 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) นโยบายการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับโรงเรียน 2) การจัดการระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศสำหรับโรงเรียน 3) การเปลี่ยนแปลงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับโรงเรียน 4) บริบทที่สำคัญขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นถึงความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการจัดเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญต่อการเรียนการสอน และความต้องการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ควรมุ่งเน้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการให้มากขึ้น 2. รูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง มี 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก มีดังนี้ 1) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง 2) โรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง 3) ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบัวทอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3.1 โครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบงานสารสนเทศ 3.2 ฐานข้อมูลระบบสารสนเทศด้านการศึกษา 3.3 บุคลากรด้านระบบสารสนเทศ 3. การประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล มีความเป็นไปได้ มีความเป็นประโยชน์ และมีความเหมาะสม ที่จะนำรูปแบบการจัดการดังกล่าวไปปฏิบัติจริง
The objectives of this study aimed information technology management model for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization. Qualitative research was used 3 the sample populations of schools, were executives, directors, and teachers of schools in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization. The interviews were semi-structured the information technology management model for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization in 4 key issues 1) the policy of using information technology in schools, 2) the database management of information technology in schools 3) the change information technology for schools and 4) the important context of Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization which focuses on the feasibility, utility, and suitability of the information technology management model for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization. The result of the research revealed as follows 1. The situation on the information technology for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization found that information technology is an important factor to teaching and learning and the needs of the information technology for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization should focus to using information technology for more management. 2. The information technology management model for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization consisted of 3 main components 1) the Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization 2) the schools in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization, and 3) the schools information technology system in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization consisted of 3 parts 3.1 the infrastructure of information technology system, 3.2 the data base of education information technology system, 3.3 the personnel of information technology system. 3. The evaluate information technology management model for schools management in Bangbuathong Sub-district Administrative Organization had feasibility, utility, and suitability which will take a model into practice.
