การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพโดยดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 150 คน จาก 30 โรงเรียน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษาเอกชน และตรวจสอบคุณภาพเบื้องต้น ด้วยการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้อง จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 150 คน จาก 30โรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์และข้อคำถามปลายเปิดใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) สภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยรวมพบว่า มีการปฏิบัติตามหลักการอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มี 2 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย คือ การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับชุมชน และการสร้างการรับรู้ของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ประกอบด้วย คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกิจกรรม และการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมและแหล่งเรียนรู้ แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีสารสนเทศในการขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การวางแผน การดำเนินงาน การตรวจสอบและประเมิน และการพัฒนาและปรับปรุง 3) ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมพบว่ารูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก
This study aimed to develop a model of early childhood educational management in private schools of Samutprakarn province, using mixed method quantitative and quanlitative by doing 3 steps 1) To investigate the present status of early childhood education management in private schools of Samutprakarn province from 150 involved personnel in 30 schools in Samutprakarn province, and to interview 9 experts; 2) To create a management model of early childhood educational management in the private schools and to verify the accuracy and suitability of the model by 5 experts, and 3) To evaluate the suitability and possibility of the proposed model by 150 samples from 30 schools in Samutprakarn province. Mean and Standard Deviation were used for analyzing quantitative data and content analysis was used for qualitative data. The results of the study were as follows 1) The present status on early childhood educational management in private schools of Samutprakarn province was found to perform at a high level. 2)The model of early childhood educational management in private school of Samutprakarn province comprises 2 components Participation in learner development composes of local cooperation networking, and creation of personnel awareness; and Promotion of early childhood development compose of curriculum and activity development, and environment and learning resources management. Each component was operated by the PDCA process. 3) The overall suitability and feasibility of applying the developed model was rated at a high level.
