การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 362 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 12 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของร่างรูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 10 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้แบบประเมินกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 362 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบดังนี้ 1) สภาพการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 คือ วิธีการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ได้แก่ (1) การให้บริการแก่ชุมชน มี 7 กิจกรรม (2) การร่วมกิจกรรมของชุมชน มี 7 กิจกรรม (3) การให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน มี 7 กิจกรรม (4) การเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่นในท้องถิ่น มี 7 กิจกรรม และ (5) การประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน มี 7 กิจกรรม องค์ประกอบที่ 2 คือ กระบวนการบริหารการดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ (1) การวางแผน (2) การปฏิบัติตามแผน (3) การตรวจสอบ และ (4) การปรับปรุงแก้ไข และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 คือ ปัจจัยส่งเสริมการบริหารงานตามองค์ประกอบที่ 1 ได้แก่ (1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับผู้ปกครอง 3) ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความครอบคลุม ในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารงานเพื่อการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ไปใช้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aims to develop a management model to promote the relationship between school and community under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, by doing 3 steps Step 1 - study the administration condition to promote the relationship between school and community under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6 by using a questionnaire to collect data from 362 samples and interviewing 12 experts. Step 2 - create an administrative model to promote the relationship between the school and the community and check a quality of the draft form by 10 experts. Step 3 - assess the developed model by using an evaluation form to collect data from 362 samples. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results of the study reveal that 1) The present status on the schools’ administration for promoting the school - community relations was found to perform at a high level. 2) The administrative model for promoting school-community relations under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6 composes of 3 main components Component 1 - School-community relation method (1) providing services to the community with 7 activities, (2) participation in community activities has 7 activities, (3) community participation in school activities with 7 activities, (4) strengthening relationships with communities and other local agencies with 7 activities, and (5) school public relations with 7 activities. Component 2 - Public relation process (1) planning, (2) doing, (3) checking, (4) acting. Component 3 - Factors to promote the administration (1) administrator’s leadership, (2) teacher-guardian relation. 3) The developed model has propriety, possibility, utility, and coverage to be used in promoting the school-community relation at the highest level.
