การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วม และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นของหลักสูตรอนุปริญญา นายช่างบำรุงรักษาอากาศยาน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เพื่อให้การนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยสามารถมองเห็นภาพรวม จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรทางด้านการศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการ และศิษย์เก่า จำนวน 30 คน ผู้วิจัยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัยที่ได้จากการศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก ตลอดจนข้อมูลที่ได้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องแม่นยำของงานวิจัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วมต่อประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรอนุปริญญา สาขานายช่างบำรุงรักษาอากาศยาน สถาบันการบินพลเรือน ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วนประกอบสำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) ในด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร คือ หลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมที่จะทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการเรียนการสอนจะต้องมีการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ให้เท่าทันเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ของอากาศยานที่มีการเจริญก้าวหน้าทุกวัน ควรมีภาคปฏิบัติที่มากเพียงพอที่จะทำให้นักศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาทักษะช่างได้มากพอกับการทำงานเมื่อจบไป แต่จำเป็นที่จะต้องเป็นไปตามที่ ศกอ. และองค์กรการบินระหว่างประเทศกำหนด 2) ด้านคุณสมบัติและบทบาทหน้าที่ของบุคลากร คือ บุคลากรการศึกษามีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องศึกษาหาความรู้ให้ทันกับเทคโนโลยีอากาศยานและสามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปัญหาการขาดแคลนบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จะสามารถแก้ไขได้ด้วยการรับสมัครบุคลากรเพิ่มขึ้น แต่ทางด้านค่าตอบแทนบุคลากรทางการศึกษาถือว่าน้อยมากหากเทียบกับเงินเดือนของช่างบำรุงรักษาอากาศยาน ทางผู้บริหารสามารถเพิ่มบุคลากรคุณภาพได้โดยการให้การสนับสนุนในด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร 3) ด้านระบบการสอน ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนถ้าครูใช้วิธีการสอนที่เหมาะสมกับวิธีการเรียนของผู้เรียนแล้ว จะทำให้การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและคงทนยั่งยืน ในการสอนที่ดีควรจะเน้นในเรื่องของการลงมือปฏิบัติเพื่อเพิ่มพูนทักษะพื้นฐานช่างให้มากยิ่งขึ้น และ 4) ด้านอุปกรณ์และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในการสอน คือ ควรมีการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์การสอนให้ทันสมัยมากกว่านี้ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เห็นว่าควรที่จะจัดหาอุปกรณ์ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้นักศึกษาสามารถเรียนแล้วนำไปใช้ในการทำงานได้จริง ควรจะต้องมีการเพิ่มจำนวนอุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอกับนักศึกษา และเพิ่มการใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนการสอนให้มากยิ่งขึ้น จากการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
This study aims to develop a model of corporative management and evaluate the effectiveness of the model for Aircraft Maintenance Technician's Diploma, Civil Aviation Training Center using mixed method. The data were gathered from the key personnel of educational entrepreneur and alumnus of 30 informants. The data accompanied documents were analyzed and synthesized to develop a model. Depth interview as well as information obtained from experts were performed to confirm the accuracy of the model. The results showed that the model of corporative management for efficiency enhancement of the Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Civil Aviation consists of four major components 1) The structure of the course the right course to bring about effective teaching and learning need to develop knowledge to outsmart technology of aircraft that have been developed everyday. There should have practice enough to allow students to develop skills enough for their work after graduation. However, it needs to adhere to Professor Schofield and International aviation organizations. 2) The features and functions of personnel all education personnel are needed to learn to keep up with aircraft technology and knowledge more effectively. Shortage of teachers can be solved with the recruitment of personnel increased, but the remuneration of education personnel is very small when compared with the salaries of aircraft maintenance technician. The management personnel can increase quality by providing support in the areas of human resource development. 3) The teaching system if teachers use appropriate teaching methods to the students will make their effective learning. Durable and sustainable in good teaching should focus on the implementation to increase practical skills to work, and 4) the equipment and facilities for teaching should develop teaching materials up to date, should procure modern equipment used in teaching and learning so that students can apply in real work, should have to increase more number of devices for the students, and increase the use of instructional devices. From the evaluation of the developed model showed that the model is appropriate at the highest level.
