การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตามพระราชประสงค์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยการวิจัยแบบผสม มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงาน ปัญหา การดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตามพระราชประสงค์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว 2) การร่างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตามพระราชประสงค์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว 3) การตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ 4) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์เอกสารและการสนทนากลุ่ม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ทั้ง 5 โรงเรียน สอดคล้องกัน คือ สภาพการดำเนินงานเป็นระบบที่ไม่ชัดเจน มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการดำเนินงาน ขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้อง และมีความต้องการให้โรงเรียนพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนตามพระราช-ประสงค์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ประกอบด้วย 1) แนวคิดและหลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) องค์ประกอบของระบบฯ 4) กระบวนการของระบบฯ 5) การบริหารระบบฯ 6) เกณฑ์และแนวทางการประเมินระบบฯ 7) โครงสร้างคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานระบบฯ และ 8) บทบาทของหน่วยงานและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า รูปแบบมีความสมบูรณ์ 4. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ รูปแบบ ระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนตามพระราชประสงค์ในพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว
This research aims to study a model of student assistant system for schools under the patronage of his majesty the King, by using mixed methods design. There were four steps in this study 1) studying student assistant process and student assistant problems in schools under the patronage of his majesty the King, 2) setting up a student assistant system model for schools under the patronage of his majesty the King, 3) checking the developed model, and 4) evaluating the developed model. The qualitative data were collected by analyzing the document and focus group. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire. Statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research results revealed as follows 1. The student assistant system operation in five schools under the patronage of his majesty the King is not clear system. Problems in schools under the patronage of his majesty the King are lack of cooperation and model. 2. The student assistant system model for schools under the patronage of his majesty the King composes of 1) Introduction, 2) Objective, 3) Component, 4) Procedure, 5) Management, 6) Key performance indicator, 7) Committee, and 8) School role and related persons. 3. The developed model is a completed model. 4. The evaluation on the student assistant system model for the schools under the patronage of his majesty the King as a whole has the most appropriate.
