การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร และ 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร ไปใช้ ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้รับใบอนุญาต ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ครู และนักเรียนในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร จำนวน 7 โรง ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แต่ละโรงประกอบด้วย ผู้รับใบอนุญาต ผู้อำนวยการ คณะกรรมการภาคี 4 ฝ่าย ครูประจำชั้น ปวช. และ ปวส. และนักเรียน ระดับชั้น ปวช. และ ปวส. รวมจำนวนผู้ให้ข้อมูล 182 คน และมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 15 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการ ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ/ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ จำนวน 5 คน และระยะที่ 3 เป็นการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร ไปใช้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และครูในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร จำนวน 7 โรง ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) แต่ละโรงประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการ คณะกรรมการภาคี 4 ฝ่าย และครูประจำชั้น ปวช. และ ปวส. รวมจำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบประเมินความถูกต้องและความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติ ร้อยละ 90.27 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ มีการปฏิบัติ ร้อยละ 88.19 ด้านการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ มีการปฏิบัติ ร้อยละ 89.31 และด้านการนิเทศติดตามผล มีการปฏิบัติ ร้อยละ 94.17 2. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร ประกอบด้วย 1) การวิเคราะห์นโยบาย 2) การวางแผน 3) การดำเนินงาน 4) การจัดกิจกรรม และ 5) การนิเทศติดตามผล 3. ความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับสถานศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ รูปแบบ, การบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้, วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดยโสธร
The purposes of this research were 1) to study condition of learning resources management for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province; 2) to develop and examine a learning resources management model for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province; and 3) to evaluate feasibility and suitability for applying the developed model. The research was separated into three phases. First, study condition of learning resources management for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province. The sample group consisted of licensees, executives, school committee members, lecturers, and students in 7 private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province, by purposive sampling. Each college comprised licensee, director, 4 sectors of committee members, vocational and high vocational class lecturers, and vocational and high vocational students totaling 182 persons. Additionally, 15 experts and specialists who gave interview were executives of private technological and vocational colleges, specialists on educational technology, and experts on management. Second, develop and examine a learning resources management model for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province by 5 experts and specialists who had knowledge/experiences related to learning resources management. Third, evaluate feasibility and suitability for applying the developed model in private technological and vocational colleges in Yasothon province. The sample group contained executives, school committee members, and lecturers from seven private technological and vocational colleges in Yasothon province, by purposive sampling. Each college composed of director, 4 sectors of committee members, vocational and high vocational class lecturers, and vocational and high vocational lecturers, totaling 105 persons. Subsequently, the tools used for this research were questionnaire, semi-structured interview, model correctness and suitability evaluation form, feasibility and suitability evaluation form. The statistics employed for this research were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings revealed as follows 1. For learning resources management of private technological and vocational colleges in Yasothon province, overall of practice on learning resources management was 90.27 percent. For each aspect, there were practices on learning resources management accounting for 88.19 percent, learning resources application accounting for 89.31 percent, and supervision accounting for 94.17 percent. 2. The model of learning resources management for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province composed of 1) policy analysis; 2) planning; 3) operation; 4) activities; and 5) supervision. 3. The overall of feasibility and suitability of the learning resources management model for private technological and vocational college in Yasothon province was at the highest level.
