การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการบริการวิชาชีพที่เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันสำหรับสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน 2) ประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการบริการวิชาชีพสำหรับสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ยกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการบริการวิชาชีพสำหรับสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน เป็นการศึกษาจากความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 19 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย จำนวน 3 รอบ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 105 คน และผู้บริหาร 80 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และขั้นตอนที่ 4 สรุปรูปแบบฉบับสมบูรณ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการบริการวิชาชีพสำหรับสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) จุดมุ่งหมายของการบริการวิชาชีพ 2) เนื้อหาของการบริการวิชาชีพ 3) วิธีการให้บริการวิชาชีพ 4) นวัตกรรมในการบริการวิชาชีพ และ 5) การจัดระบบการบริหารงานบริการวิชาชีพ 2. ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการด้านการบริการวิชาชีพสำหรับสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและผู้บริหาร พบว่า รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ รูปแบบการจัดการการบริการวิชาชีพ สถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน
This research aimed to 1) develop a professional services management model for private vocational institutions, and 2) find out an efficiency of the model. The research design used mixed method, composed of 4 stages. Stage 1 Investigating components of a professional services management model for private vocational school; Stage 2 Developing the professional services management model suitable for private vocational school by using Delphi technique for 3 times through 19 experts; Stage 3 Verifying the model efficiency from 2 groups; the group of 105 stakeholders; and the group of 80 administrators of vocational institutions; and Stage 4 Setting up the completed professional services management model suitable for private vocational institutions. The research results revealed as follows 1. The developed professional services management model suitable for the private vocational schools composes of 5 elements 1) the purpose of professional management, 2) content, 3) methodology, 4) innovation, and 5) system setting. 2. The efficiency of the professional services management model for private vocational schools as evaluated by the stakeholders group and the administrators group found that the developed model has an overall efficiency at the highest level.
