การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับประถมศึกษา การวิจัยนี้ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) โดยดำเนินการ 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับประถมศึกษา ด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 17 คน ประกอบด้วย นักวิชาการด้านการศึกษา นักวิชาการด้านสุขภาพ และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ 2) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับประถมศึกษาที่สร้างขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวน 168 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบดังนี้ 1. ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีฉันทามติในรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน โดยแต่ละด้านจะมีกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร การนำ และการควบคุม กิจกรรมในกระบวนการบริหารจัดการของแต่ละด้านรวมกันทั้งหมด 87 กิจกรรม 2. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพระดับประถมศึกษา ในด้านความเหมาะสม ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ จากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 168 คน พบว่าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ โรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ, รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการ, ประถมศึกษา
This study aimed to develop and evaluate the health promoting school management model in primary education. The study used research and development process. The development of health promoting school management model in primary education was divided into 2 stages Stage 1 The development of health promoting school management model in primary school using Delphi technique. Samples for this stage comprised 17 experts consisting of education experts, health experts, and administrators of primary school. Data were analysed using median and interquartile range. Stage 2 The evaluation of the developed health promoting school management model by surveying from 168 administrators and teachers in primary schools of the office of Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area. The data were analysed by mean and Standard Deviation. The results revealed as follows 1. The health promoting school management model in primary education composes of 7 components. Each component will have management process consisting of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. There were overall 87 activities. 2. The developed health promoting school management model in primary education were evaluated by 168 related persons found that the developed model is appropriate, useful, and possible to use at a high level.
