การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน และ 2) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไปใช้ โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนไปใช้ โดยในขั้นตอนแรกของการวิจัยใช้การสำรวจ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารและครูอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 379 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเพื่อสร้างรูปแบบ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้บริหารและครูอาชีวศึกษาที่ดูแลระบบสารสนเทศของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาที่มีอายุงาน 5 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 17 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ใช้การสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อประเมินรูปแบบโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 8 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นการดำเนินการใน 2 ขั้นตอนใหญ่ ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการวางแผน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ การพัฒนานักศึกษา การนำองค์กร และการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ อันนำไปสู่ขั้นตอนที่ 2 คือ การปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การจัดการความรู้ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การพัฒนาการปฏิบัติการ และผลลัพธ์จากการดำเนินการ ซึ่งได้ผลลัพธ์ที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร ส่วนการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการที่พัฒนาขึ้น ช่วยเพิ่มความรู้ ทักษะ ในการใช้เพื่อการรวบรวมข้อมูลและการนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ถูกต้อง ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายในการดำเนินงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ร้อยละ 95 คำสำคัญ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การทำงานของครูอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop a model to enhance the application of information technology in the work of private vocational teachers, and 2) assess the feasibility in practice by using the model to promote the information technology application of vocational teachers for their work. This research was separated into 3 parts 1) study and collect concerning data on vocational teachers in terms of use and management on technology application, 2) draft and check a management development pattern for vocational teachers, and 3) assess the feasibility in practice by using the developed model. Samples in part 1 of this research included 379 vocational education administrators and teachers under the Office of Private Education, Ministry of Education. In part 2, the data were collected from 17 administrators and teachers who have experiences more than 5 years by in-depth interviews. And in part 3, a focus group of 8 experts was used to evaluate the developed model. The data were analyzed by percentage, average, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The research results revealed that the developed model to enhance the application of information technology effectively in the work of the private vocational teachers has 2 major steps to operate the first step is planning stage, which composes of 3 components; customer and market environment, vision and leadership in information technology, and strategic planning. This stage leads to another step that is a practice stage, which composes of 4 components; analysis and knowledge management, human resources development, process development, and operational results. The results are consistent with the organization's goal. In term of assess the feasibility in practice by using the developed model to enhance the application of information technology in the work of the private vocational teachers, management team, and vocational teachers reviews, management model effectively improves the skills to use for data gathering and presentation of information, accurate results which contribute achieving operational efficiency at 95 percent.
