การวิจัยมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารกิจการลูกเสือในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนนทบุรี และ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารกิจการลูกเสือในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed method) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมิน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานระดับประถมศึกษาของจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำนวน 96 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จาก 114 คน สถิติพื้นฐานใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิจัยได้ดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) รวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์ 2) สร้างรูปแบบรูปแบบการบริหารกิจการลูกเสือในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนนทบุรี และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารกิจการลูกเสือในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดนนทบุรี
This research aimed to 1) study management condition on scouting activities in Basic Education schools, Nonthaburi province, and 2) develop management model on scouting activities in Basic Education Schools, Nonthaburi Province. This research was quantitative and qualitative research. The data were collected by documentary study and in-depth interview. Interview form, assessment form, and questionnaire were used as research tools which had a reliability of 0.921. The key informants included 6 executives of the Office of Nonthaburi Educational Service Area, and persons who concerned with scouting activities in Basic Education schools, Nonthaburi province. The assessors included 17 executives of National Scout Organization of Thailand, executives of the Office of Educational Service Area, and executives who passed Leader Trainers Course. The samples included 96 purposive sampling from 114 executives of Basic Education Schools of Nonthaburi Province. The data were analyzed by 1) descriptive statistics; percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and 2) qualitative data; interview, and content analysis. This research comprised 3 processes; 1) collected data from questionnaire and interview 2) created management model on scouting activities in Basic Education schools, Nonthaburi province, and 3) assessed the adjusted management model on scouting activities in Basic Education schools, Nonthaburi province by observation and interview.
