วิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาวิเคราะห์เพื่อกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยบนพื้นฐานแนวคิดทฤษฎีการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้และพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3) ตรวจสอบและสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ 4) ปรับปรุงและจัดทำรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานฉบับสมบูรณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน กรรมการสถานศึกษาและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน การพิจารณารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมใช้แบบสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เป็นแบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสอบถามการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สำหรับสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
The purpose of this study was to develop the model of participative management for quality assurance in education of basic education schools under Nonthaburi Educational Service Area Office 1. The research methods consisted of 4 steps 1) study and analyze concept and theory related to participatory management theory in order to specify conceptual framework, 2) analyze possibility and develop the model of participatory management for quality assurance in basic education, 3) check and develop the model of participatory management for quality assurance in basic education, and 4) adjust the model of participatory management for quality assurance in basic education. Samples included school principals, teachers, school committees, and parents. Using questionnaires from expertise and senior advisors to considerate the appropriate model and using document analysis and constructed questionnaire for participatory management for basic educational quality assurance, and structured interview to analyze the data. Statistics for data analysis composed of mean, percentage, Standard Deviation, interquartile range, and content analysis.
