การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 39 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และ 4) ประเมินความพึงพอใจรูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพของโรงเรียน โดยดำเนินการวิจัย 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาเอกสาร งานวิจัย ทฤษฎีและแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและแบบสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ จากการประเมินภายนอกรอบสาม ขั้นตอนที่ 3 สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และนำไปทดลองเพื่อพิจารณาความเป็นไปได้ กับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายใน 20 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ขั้นตอนที่ 5 ประเมินความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อรูปแบบการบริหารสู่งานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในที่พัฒนาขึ้น
This research aimed to 1) study problems on an internal quality assurance management for secondary schools under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 39; 2) develop an effective administration model for internal quality assurance for secondary schools; 3) experiment the developed model; and 4) evaluate satisfaction with the developed model. The research was conducted in 5 stages. Firstly, studying and reviewing of literatures, theories and approaches regarding internal quality assurance. Secondly, questionnaires and interview questions were developed to study about the problems and suggestions on the effective administration of internal quality assurance in the secondary schools. Thirdly, a model for effective administration of internal quality assurance was developed and evaluated by 5 experts. Feasibility study involving 20 school personnel involving internal quality assurance was also conducted. Fourthly, experimenting the developed model. Fifthly, evaluating the developed model satisfaction from the involved school personnel.
