การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ แบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการบริหารโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยการวิเคราะห์ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี เอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้วสรุปประเด็นสำคัญเสนอผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยการนำผล การศึกษาในระยะ ที่ 1 มาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์รวมหลักการทฤษฎีและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการบริหาร โรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ที่ได้ศึกษาไว้แล้วนำไปสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 17 คนด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยแบบเทคนิคเดลฟาย เป็นจำนวน 3 รอบ ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยผู้อำนวยการ และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 120 คน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยม และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
The objective of this research was to develop a management model for welfare schools in the southern border provinces. The research was conducted in 3 phases. Phase 1 consisted of examining the current conditions and problems related to managing welfare schools in the southern border provinces. This was accomplished by analyzing concepts, theories, literatures, and relevant research; then summarizing and proposing important points to experts for organizing a group discussion. Phase 2 consisted of creating a management model for welfare schools in the southern border province. This was accomplished by analyzing and synthesizing the results obtained from phase 1 and after combining with theories and concepts on managing welfare schools it was inquired of 17 experts using the Delphi technique for 3 rounds. Phase 3 consisted of evaluating the management model for welfare schools in the southern border provinces by 120 individuals consisting of principles and the Basic Education Committee for welfare schools in the southern border provinces. The statistics used were frequency, mean, percentage, median, mode, and the inter quartile range.
