งานวิจัยนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ซึ่งเลือกผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารการศึกษาและการบริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 19 คน ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กใน 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 186 คน เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อกำหนดเป็นรูปแบบการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ มัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
This research aimed at developing a model of strategic management suitable for small-sized schools in the Southern border provinces. The study was divided into 3 phases Phase 1 was to analyzed the model and suitable strategy for small-sized schools in the Southern border provinces, Phase 2 developed the strategic management appropriate for small-sized schools in the Southern border provinces utilizing the Delphi technique through the selection of 19 experts with the knowledge and experience in educational administration and management, and Phase 3 was an evaluation of the model. The samples for the study consisted of 186 school administrators in small-sized schools in five Southern border provinces, who were given the task of assessment for the appropriateness of the model used. The data were analyzed to determine the appropriate strategic management model for small-sized schools in the Southern border provinces by using such statistics as frequency, Arithmetic mean, median, mode, Standard Deviation, and the inter-quartile range.
