การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการคูปองการศึกษา ที่เหมาะสมของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วมในภาคเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม จำนวน 274 คน ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษเขตการศึกษา 7 จำนวน 8 คน และนักวิชาการที่เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการคูปองการศึกษา แบบสอบถามรูปแบบการบริหารคูปองการศึกษาโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายและแบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการคูปองการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.) ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range)
The purpose of this research was to develop of an appropriate model of educational coupon management in northern leading mainstreaming school. The sample of this study consisted of 274 administrators of leading mainstreaming school, 8 directors of special education regional 7, and 3 officers who were experts of educational management for special need children. The instruments used for collecting data comprised a questionnaire of educational coupon management problem, a model of educational coupon management by using Delphi technique, and an appropriate model of educational coupon management in leading mainstreaming school. The data were statistically analyzed by mean, Standard Deviation, median, and Interquartile range.
