การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในปัจจุบัน 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ดำเนินการวิจัยและพัฒนาเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับศึกษาตามขั้นตอนที่ 1 ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 58 คน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 58 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 145 คน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 145 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยเลือกแบบสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบประเมินรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the current situation and problems in managing the student care administration system for secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Basic Education Commission; 2) to construct a model for the student care administration system for secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission; and 3) to evaluate the model for the student care administration system for secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research was conducted in 3 stages, these were Stage 1 - examining the current situation and problems in managing the student care administration system for secondary schools; Stage 2 constructing a tentative model for the student care administration system for secondary schools; and Stage 3 evaluating the usefulness and feasibility of the tentative model for the student care administration system in secondary schools. The samples used in the first step of the research consisted of 58 school administrators and 58 teachers responsible for the student care administration system. The samples used in the second step of the research consisted of 9 experts. The samples used in the third step of the research consisted of 145 school administrators and 145 teachers responsible for the student care administration system. The samples were selected by multi-stage random sampling. The tools used in this research were survey forms, semi-structured interview forms, and evaluation forms. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
