การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวิธีดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานนิเทศภายในระดับประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 จำนวน 210 คน และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลโรงเรียนพระราชทาน จำนวน 2 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบของการบริหารงานนิเทศภายใน ระดับประถมศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 9 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 3 เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานนิเทศภายใน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างและแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
The purpose of this research were 1) to study current practices on administrative schools under the office of the basic education commission 2) to construct and apply a model for administrative supervision in the elementary schools under Office of the basic Education Commission; and 3) to evaluate the model for administrative supervision procedures in the elementary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research consised of three steps as follow 1) Studying current practices on the administrative supervision in the elementary schools The samples were selected by multi-stage random sampling which consisted of 210 administrators personnel from schools providing education for Prathom 1-6 and 2 administrators personnel from schools that were granted the royal award. 2) Construction and application of a model for administrative supervision for elementary schools Information was collected from a group of 9 experts. 3) Evaluation of the model for administrative supervision for elementary schools The samples consisted of 310 administrators personnel from schools in the lower northern region. The samples were selected by multi-stage random sampling and the sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan Table. The tools for collecting data consisted of semi-structured interview and assessment forms. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
