การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ และ 4) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในปัจจุบัน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในขั้นตอนที่ 2, 3 และ 4 ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 200 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 10 คน โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze and synthesize component of primary school management for an excellence; 2) determine the present state of primary school management; 3) develop primary school management model for an excellence; and 4) evaluate primary school management model for an excellence. The research was conducted in 4 phases. Firstly, analyze and synthesize related documents and research results. Secondly, determine the present state of primary school management. Thirdly, develop primary school management model for an excellence and Fourthly, evaluate primary school management model for an excellence. Sample for the second, the third and the fourth phases of this research were 17 experts, 200 primary school administrators and 10 experts. They were purposive selected. Structured interview, sets of questionnaire and a set of questionnaire of primary school management model for an excellence were used for data collections. The data were analyzed by a computer programme with percentage, frequency, mean, and Standard Deviation.
